An experienced finance professional, Khushman provides research and transaction execution support. His responsibilities include preparation of Information memoranda, and analyzing deals including deal structure, type, and possible post deal effects.

Khushman has a diverse work experience spanning with Citigroup Global Corporate and Investment Bank, India where he was responsible for providing operational support and advisory services to corporate clients, financial intermediaries and high net worth individuals.

Prior to this, Khushman worked in a support role at Hero ITES, a BPO, and as an engineer with the Indian Navy.

Khushman is an MBA from IIT Bombay, a graduate in Engineering from Naval College of Engineering, Lonavla and a Science graduate from National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla.
